Tinkle Online ( ACK Group)

I have been a customer of www.tinkleonline.com the online site that has Tinkle Bazaar,Tinkle club, ,ACK Online etc.It also has many fun activities along with shopping such as Soap Box,Tinkle Tunes,Chattu,Puzzles etc. My initial experiences were good and they were reasonably responsive. However, recently I had a very negative experience with them regarding the One year monthly subscription of Tinkle that they issued to me After I exchanged the Points I received from Many Other Purchases - I had collected more than 30,000 (thirty thousand) Points by buying their Digests & several other magazines, The Waiting time for each Exchange was 3-4 weeks.Even after 3-4 months there was no response and I thought the system was not working and called their Customer care Call center. They promised me that the delivery of the monthly magazine will start from next month and I will start getting my fresh copies. They Didn't deliver their promise and Instead they sold my Address to various other advertisers and they started sending me Loads and loads of scamming letters and ads.

I took up the issue with tinkleonline support team at Mumbai and they started ignoring my complaints and letters.Meanwhile the founder of the company diedAnant Pai (17 September 1929 – 24 February 2011).

I asked them to stop sending the advertises at least and asked them for the reason for selling my address and phone no to the various advertisers to bother me.

I have now decided not to have any dealings with the Company, since the support team not only does not oblige us but also is very brave enough to sell the address and make money. Their website too does not give any information about escalating customer complaints.

I would like you to share your own experiences, positive or negative about this Site.

Yours,

Future Bazaar - do we have a future together?

I have been a customer of www.futurebazaar.com the online site that has E-Zone, Big Bazaar etc. in Brick and Mortar Physical Stores too. My initial experiences were fairly good and they were reasonably responsive. However, recently I had a very negative experience with them regarding a small discount coupon that they issued to me welcoming me as a VISA Credit Card member - the coupon was issued to me on 3rd October 2011 but had an expiry date of 30th September 2011 - yes, the coupon was issued to me 3 days after it expired, and it seems that the software is responsible for this error. I thought the system would have automatically revalidated the expiry date and tried to use it, but no, the coupon was indeed dead 3 days earlier.

I took up the issue with futurebazaar.com support team and failed in making them admit their mistake (beyond the customary sorry) and redeem / revalidate the coupon or issue a new discount coupon for all my troubles. They write all nice things but they don't part with even one rupee.

I asked them to stop responding and wasting their time and my time unless they are responding positively with some concrete steps but no, they continue to write the same inane polite mails without doing any thing really substantial and I gave up.

I have now decided not to have any dealings with the Group, since the support team not only does not oblige us but also does not move up the complaint to the higher echelons. Their website too does not give any information about escalating customer complaints.

I would like you to share your own experiences, positive or negative about this group.

Yours

My unhappy experience with Yebhi dot com

Dear Friends,

I want to share with you my negative experience with Yebhi.com (www.yebhi.com) one of the leading online shopping sites. I did buy something online from them once and paid for that with my imint reward points (imint is now payback, www.payback.in). I also signed up for their offers through email. I got some discount coupons from them but when I tried to apply the coupon at the time of paying, I got error messages that the said coupons are not valid for the specific products (but such restrictions were not made clear beforehand). When I took up the issue with the customer support, I did not get any response. I later took up the issue on their Facebook Page (You have to 'like' them to post your dislike too! I hope Facebook will introduce a 'Dislike' button soon). The person who is running that page (an employee of yebhi.com) replied off-line and we exchanged a few mails. While the person was nice and apologetic, he could not do any thing really worthwhile. He could not, for example give me a coupon in place of that earlier invalid discount coupon.

Now, I find that my negative comments on their facebook page are being deleted (indicating that they can't stand genuine criticism). I 'unliked' their page (I am not sure whether they will come to know who has unliked them, I hope they do) since it is clear that they have no real customer support or customer's interest at heart.

If you have had a good experience with www.yebhi.com, it is good (pl. do share). If you too had a negative experience, pl. speak up and write.

Yours
